Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Window Extension
For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2023, we offer an extended return window of 45 days from the date of delivery.
Return Method
Returns must be made by mail.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for returns.
Return Reason and Fees
A $20 fee will be applied for returns due to buyer's remorse. No fee will be applied for returns of defective items.
Returning an Item
Contact us at care@hometechniq.com for a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us for specific inquiries.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
No returns accepted.
Exchanges
Return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
We'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Contact us at care@hometechniq.com if more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund.
